This is the best hotel in San Jose. Close to everything you need while staying in the downtown area. Additionally, the service is remarkable. The rooms are clean and a great size for both a short stay and an extended stay. As a business owner, I have put many of the colleagues visiting San Jose in this hotel and it is my top choice always for booking anything here in San Jose. Clean, safe, close to everything needed, and brand new! Highly recommend.
Opened in April 2025. Clean well appointed rooms with a nice kitchenette for longer stays. Breakfast is the usual buffet, but the food selection is very good.
It's way too rare that a hotel cares enough to put the shower controls not under the shower, but on the other side of the shower head(!). Highly recommend. Modern clean spacious rooms, super friendly staff, great overall experience. Downsides: Not necessarily in walking distance from anything (restaurants, shopping, ...) and parking is $30/night.
Had a great Stay here! The room was cute, comfortable and clean. Ayana made our stay that much better with her great Customer service and can do attitude! Will definitely be back when I come to San Jose. Thanks Ayana!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and has a nice modern look. The breakfast was great as well. Front desk was also very helpful. I gave it 4/5 because my only complaint is that there is no pool and/or hot tub. That would've been nice.
This place is epic! Everything clean and new, employees are all so nice! Shout out to Edith, all were nice but she helped us the most. The rooftop deck is the best part of it all, even with the rain you can enjoy the view and your company. Only downside, which is not fault of Hotel whatsoever is the construction across the street. Woke up early to cement truck for hours....just be aware if going anytime soon.
TownePlace Suites Downtown San Jose is a brand new property and it shows. Everything looks clean, feels clean, and even smells clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the rooms are a good size, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I was checked in by Random (yes, that is really his name) and he was awesome. 10 out of 10 stay and I will definitely be back.
I chose this hotel to stay at for a conference October 10-12. I am happy I chose them because this hotel was immaculate. The room was spotless! The staff were amazing. The breakfast was phenomenal - they offered chicken sausage. I highly recommend!
